Hi, everybody, Rocco DeLuca Detectable Warning products here with your last monthly update of 2025. We have just entered the month of December, and as usual, it has its unique personality - between our northern contract is slowing down or shutting down, concrete plants are slowing down in their production, even our Southern customers and our manufacturers are out of sync because of all the Christmas parties and Christmas holiday season coming up.

So, if you do have any orders that are time sensitive this month or right after the first of the year, please get the orders in as soon as possible.

One other little thing, my apologies for anybody that got an invoice after you paid it. As we've been using the new system, and it's been fantastic, a lot of you have been using the live link on the invoice to either pay by credit card or the free option to pay by ACH. But some of the online purchases, you were paying for it online, and before our bookkeeper got a chance to enter that into your account, it was sending out the automatically generated invoice.

Since we put a one-day delay in, so that shouldn't happen anymore. But on the off chance that it does, don't do anything with it. Just forward it to me and I'll make sure it's corrected.

And the last thing is, you never hear me promoting our company over another company. But as we end this year and go into the new year, I would like to promote why it's so important, productive and profitable for your company to have a partnership with us as a distributor.

But even that, it's not always the case they're going to have the specific detectable warning panel in the color, in the size, in the type that you need. There's really no place there's a disadvantage with us other than you needing a particular panel that's at your local distributor and you need it in a couple of hours.
