2026 Forecast: How DWP Is Making Ordering Easier, Faster, and More Profitable

Read full transcript below:

Hi, everybody. Rocco DeLuca, DWP, here with your 2026 forecast, not update, because this is a new year ahead. And first of all, notice I said DWP, not detectable warning products. We're going to shorten that up to make things easier, which is the premise for our whole year of 2026, making things as easy as possible for you on every order and always guaranteeing lowest price as well.

So, this year, every month, we're going to be introducing a new feature in the purchasing process that will make it easier and easier for you as you place your orders. One of which it's easy and it's also profitable for you. So, we have now instituted an AI on our system in our Salesforce. It'll work right now for any orders you place with me by email or telephone. So, if you order 10 panels on January 11th and the price is a $100 each, and then you call back on January 17th and order a 150 panels, and the discounted price is $90 each. The system is going to remember your last price. So, for the rest of the year, even if you call us up and order one panel, you'll get that discounted price.

So, that's going to be phenomenal. It's going to save me from looking up your accounts every time you call. Different volume customers have different pricing. That's a huge asset. For you, you know that you're going to get your last price. And now, you have an incentive, actually, to make your biggest purchases as soon as you can in the year because you'll maintain that price on every purchase after it.

Second big add-on we're doing this month, and this is huge, we actually started it last month, but it necessitated having this memory in your pricing, is I finally added an assistant. Her name is Adriana Allen. She will be a virtual assistant, just meaning it's not in the office, but telephone, emails, text, that she's going to be buffering things for me. You've called me in the past and I've been at the warehouse. I've been on a Zoom meeting, and I call you right away after. Adriana will pick up those calls or emails or texts while you're waiting so she can get that order started, get it processing. And now when she pulls up your account, your last best price will be in the system automatically.

The only thing that won't be in there that you'll have to call me directly for is when you're buying new products that you've never bought before.

The other thing we're going to be working on for next month is that some of you have your discounted prices already on our website. But for those of you who don't, we're trying to get that last price memory to be in there. So, once you've bought from us and you go on the website and you want to order at 10 O'clock at night, you can do so.

So, I'm looking forward to an amazing January. We're just starting to stock up after dwindling down the inventory at the end of the year, so we should be good to go. And again, if you have big orders in, big orders coming up, get them in sooner so you can get that price for the rest of the year.

And one little gift I'll put out there. If you could welcome Adriana with an email. Her email is going to be just like mine, but adriana@dwpnow.com, and her name is spelled A-D-R-I-A-N-N-A. If you just send her an email saying, "Hey, welcome to the team!" and CC me, I will get that email, and I will send you out a free box of a dozen of our highly fashionable safety sunglasses. We got a few new styles I can send you out as well.

And as always, if you do need me, you can reach me by telephone at 401-293-4388, you can text me: 401-473-5584 or email me: rocco@dwpnow.com.

Remember the order: text will be your quickest response, but emails are great if you need documents or official quotes. So just send me all the information you need.

I'm looking forward to an amazing year with you, but for now, enjoy January, and I'll talk to you again in February.
