Hi, everybody. Rocco DeLuca Detectable Warning products here with your November 2025 update.

The year is coming to an end, but we are still doing things that are fresh and new that will help you have a smoother experience when purchasing from us.

One of them is the billing system that we've been talking about. Right now, all of the invoices you'll be getting will be a new look to them. When you open it and when you click on it, you'll go to a page that will give you two options for payment. One is an ACH payment that you can do for free. All of our information is all filled out, so you won't have to do any of that. You just have to put in your own information and click Pay.

You can also pay by credit card. That's a fee on there as well. That's a fee that we pay, and in order to keep our pricing so low, we have to pass along that fee.

Also, you can do the traditional thing and make out a check, put it in an envelope, put a stamp on it, and take it to the mailbox, but we think this might be a little bit easier.

Secondly, I wanted to talk about some testimonials. If you haven't purchased from Detectable Warning Products before or you haven't purchased in a while, I want to just read you what a new customer said just recently. We had asked them if everything went well on their experience with the shipping, and I'm just reading this to you.

So, I just want to let you know we do guarantee you lowest pricing, but the experience you'll have with us just starts there. We'll be delivering fast the materials you need. It is November, and people are going to start ordering rapidly because of the winter coming in and concrete plants shutting down. Try to get your orders in as soon as you can.

For a bigger reason, if you have any jobs that are going to be installing in the new year, please get to me now and either get me purchase orders or order your materials. We never know until January 1st if our manufacturers are going to raise pricing. We can't even help you anticipate that because we don't know ourselves.

Last year, we actually had one manufacturer that held out till March 15th, and we just didn't know until it happened. Anything you can do to get your orders in quicker will definitely assure you of either saving money or stopping you from costing more money.
