Shipping Changes Extended: DWP September 2024 Update

Hey! Rocco DeLuca - Detectable Warning Products back with your September 2024 update. First order of business is - I wanted to apologize for the tardiness of the August newsletter. It ended up coming out mid August instead of the first Monday, and I wanted to use the middle of the month to remind you on the shipping changes destined for September.

So, seeing that it was my tardiness, I am going to push that change to October 1st.

And I'm going to remind you here that on the Composite Panels, the free shipping threshold is going to change from $5,000 to 120 pieces. It doesn't matter what size or how many square feet. At 120 pieces, it will be free shipping.

On cast iron and concrete detectable warning pavers - that's going to be a partial shipping cost on all orders, but please call me on that so I can try to make that as affordable as possible for you.

And if you're an existing customer, reach out to me directly, email me, or call me and I'm going to make some of those modifications more gradual for you so that we can continue to guarantee you the lowest costs and guarantee us the affordability of staying in business.

Which leads me to one last thing.

The DWP Guarantee

Our DWP guarantee is - On Time Every Time. I'm thinking about changing that because I think there's a more important factor is that we're guaranteeing you the lowest cost on the approved panel for your project every single time. So, we're making that guarantee on every quote.

So, I'm going to try to figure out a slogan that comes up as neat and clean as on time every time and look for that in the October newsletter. And remember, 99% of the time I'm going to answer the phone when you call me, and if I don't, I'm going to call you back within a minute or two. Same thing with the text. I'll always get back to you immediately. Those are the fastest two forms. Emails I will return quickly, but if I'm out of the office or if it's after hours, you might not get that as quickly.
