Hey, hey. What do you say? I say it's May 2025 and I can't believe that we're a third of the way through 2025 already. A quick note. Before the May newsletter, we were trying to get your accounts with your specific pricing set up by May 1st.

It looks like it's going to take us a few more days to do that sometime in the month of May. We will send you an email out directly as soon as your account will with your discounted pricing is set up. Thank you for your patience.

This is Rocco DeLuca, Detectable Warning Products back with your May 2025 update. It's going to be short so I can let you get back to your busy spring construction season. I just wanted to make a kind of a selfish request if you could let us know what has been like in the last month or two.

If you're a new customer setting up an account online and if you're an existing customer setting up your purchases there and being sure that you're getting all the correct pricing and everything that you need to have that go smoothly. We would love to hear some testimonies of it going well and be able to use that when we share that with other customers.

But I'm also really interested in anything you may suggest to tweak our system so that it would function in the way that you needed to do best and make it the most easy experience that you've ever had ordering from us.

I'm happy to send you a dozen pair of our sunglasses that are safety rated. And I say that because to call them safety glasses is to do them an injustice. They function wonderfully as sunglasses and they look amazing. So, I'm happy to ship those off to you if you will either text me or email me your responses.
