Hi, everybody, Rocco DeLuca, Detectable Warning Products back with your April 2025 update.

I'm hoping that April is not the cliché month with showers, but instead it's filled with sunshine and great new spring construction weather.

Just two quick updates this month. Both of them website-related.

First one is, we added a new product to the website last month called Safety Steps.

Now, this product is strictly for a surface glue-down application, so it's not like a full line of products from another manufacturer. It's just this one specific product.

We thought it might be helpful for our customers. Number one, it's a completely flexible panel. One of the time-saving elements is that it's glue-down only. It comes with a premixed epoxy that you just spread out and put the mat down, and there's no anchor, so you're not drilling concrete holes. It's just glue and done. So that's great.

You can see the product online and the pricing. If you want better pricing, which is the other update that I have for you, just call me directly because if you're a higher volume customer, you're going to get better pricing than you see online.

Online pricing is typically for one, two, or three-panel orders. You'll save money by calling me not only on the product but also on shipping costs.

The third update is that we should have all of our customers' accounts updated with your pricing online by the May update. I’ll confirm that in my next update.

If you're a high-volume customer, your discounted pricing will be built into your account. You can go online at 11:00 PM, order 50 or 100 panels, and your pricing will already be adjusted. Our online pricing is competitive, but direct pricing from me will always be your lowest cost.
