Hi, everybody! Rocco, DWP, here with your September 2025 update. Couple of very quick notes this month.

Number one, 10 of you did receive that email last week. We haven't heard back on that. I'm going to send you another one right after you get this video, just a repeat of that same email allowing you to go in and click and setting up your account. I would love if you did that just so that we can test and make sure that it all came through easily for you and that it's working properly.

We're also going to put up several hundred more during this month of September. So, by the end of the month, we should have all of the customers, at least that bought in 2024 and 2025, in our system with all of your current pricing.

And lastly, I know it's September and it's kind of just ending the summer, but it's our second busiest time of the year. And right now, orders start to increase September, October, even bigger, and then a little bit in the beginning of November. It's because a lot of the Northern contractors want to get all of their detectable warning panels in the concrete before the system shut down and they stop pouring concrete up there.

So, we get super busy. So, I'm going to encourage you, if you have anything happening this month or next month, try to reach out to me and set the orders up as early as you can, so I'll have a hold on inventory, and I'll know that we are ready to go to ship as soon as you need them.
