Hi everybody, Rocco Deluca from DWP, back again with this month's update on inventory and pricing.

This is August 2023 and August is kind of a lull month. In the spring, beginning of summer, we get a rush as the season begins and then again in the fall as some of the northern companies are rushing to get their jobs completed before the winter weather sets in.

But it looks so far so good on pricing and inventory. We are up there on our inventories, and we are maintaining that low number that we've had on our pricing.

So, give us a call as soon as you can. Always want to lock in the pricing, regardless, because we never know what's going to happen from month to month and also the inventory as well.
