Hi everybody. Rocco DeLuca here with your end of 2024 preparing for 2025 detectable warning products update. With the coming of any new year, also inevitably, unfortunately, comes the rising of prices. All of our manufacturers have experienced price increases in materials and in labor costs throughout the year. And January is typically when we'll get notified by them that they're going to share their price increase with us.

I'm always sharing with you guys how high our volumes have been. And I don't say that to be boastful. I say that because I'm reassuring you that there is reason why we can keep your prices low and continue to offer the guarantee of lowest cost on the approved products for your projects always. So, our volumes many times at the end of the year when reviewed, will offset the increases in prices coming from our manufacturers, like our volume discounts. But that's not a guarantee.

So, I won't know till January if our prices are going to go up. So, if you have projects that you've already won, either you are on the verge of sending over an order to us, or they may be spring or later projects that you haven't even considered buying out your detectable warning panels, I would ask you to reconsider that. I know that you have your profit margins all worked into the quotes that you that you won with. So, getting an order over to me this month, as soon in the month as you can, will guarantee that you do maintain those profit margins, you don't experience price increases, and everything can go along as planned. So, I know I'm always urging you to do this, but more than ever, please get your orders into me as soon as possible.

The holidays take up the last 10 days of the month. A lot of our manufacturers close for inventory counts. So, if you can get orders into me by like the 15th or the 20th, that will assure you to lock in those prices. And like I said, depending on the size of your project, I may be able to hold pricing for you throughout the whole next year.
