Hi everybody. Rocco DeLuca, Detectable Warning Products back with your October 2024 update. I can't believe I'm saying October and that we're approaching the end of another year.

Typically, we look at spring and summer as our busy construction seasons, but for us, October and November are some of our highest volume sales months. And I think most of that is because we have a lot of northern contractors who are trying to get their jobs installed and paid for before the concrete plants shut down for the winter. And speaking of that, if you do have orders that you're getting ready to place or just sitting waiting to go out, please get them to me as soon as possible so we can make our commitment to ship next day for you and have our inventories ready for this end of year part of our season.

Last month I promised that I was going to come up with a little slogan for a new commitment to you. We really are getting concerned with telling you on time every time because we can't control the time that the products are on the road or anything that goes wrong out there. So, we can't control that. We will ship for you next day all the time. So, if you call in an order, we'll ship it out the next day because we are flush and keep stocked on all of our inventory.

But sometimes things can go wrong on the road, and I don't want to guarantee something that we have no way of backing up. But what we will do is make the commitment on shipping next day and we will also keep the commitment that we will guarantee you lowest cost on every quote on every project you have. And I can back that up by saying if you ever get a quote lower than ours, which is very rare, we will either meet or beat that. So, we can put our money behind our commitment and guarantee.
